This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Mainstage PM application ("the Application"), an internal tool operated by Mainstage Multimedia ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
License
The Application is provided for the internal business use of Mainstage Multimedia and its authorized users. We grant authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Application for that purpose. The Application is not offered for resale or distribution to the public.
Acceptable use
Users agree to use the Application lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes, to keep their credentials secure, and not to attempt to access data they are not authorized to view.
Connected services
The Application may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Google, Zoom, and Dropbox, using credentials you authorize. You are responsible for your use of those services under their respective terms. You may disconnect any service at any time.
Data
Use of data within the Application is described in our Privacy Policy. We access connected-service data only as needed to provide the Application's features, such as creating invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mainstage Multimedia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
