Overview

Mainstage PM is the internal project management and billing application used by Mainstage Multimedia ("we", "us") to manage client projects, time, and invoicing. This policy explains what information the application handles and how we protect it.

Information we handle

QuickBooks Online

When you connect QuickBooks Online, the application uses Intuit's API solely to read your customer and product/service list and to create invoices on your behalf. We access only the data needed to generate those invoices. We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting QuickBooks from the application or from within your Intuit account.

How we use information

We use the information only to operate the application: to manage projects, track time, generate and sync invoices, schedule meetings, and communicate with clients. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases and object storage hosted by our infrastructure providers. Third-party credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to authorized Mainstage Multimedia personnel.

Data retention

We retain business records for as long as needed to operate our business and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of data we control, subject to those obligations.

Third-party services

The application integrates with Intuit QuickBooks, Google, Zoom, Dropbox, and Anthropic. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
